Hi!  I'm a Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Colby College.  My research interests are in number theory, specifically Diophantine approximation, Thue equations, and polynomial root separation.

Prior to my employment at Colby College, I was a PIMS postdoctoral fellow in the mathematics department at the University of Calgary where I was supervised by Khoa Nguyen. I earned my PhD at the University of Oregon, where I studied with Shabnam Akhtari.  I earned bachelor's degrees in math and philosophy and a master's degree in math at Case Western Reserve University (where I was advised by Colin McLarty).
